The WSET Level 2 Award in Wines is designed for anyone ready to take their wine knowledge deeper—whether you work in hospitality, are building a career in wine, or simply want to feel genuinely confident choosing, tasting, and talking about wine.
Over four relaxed, interactive evenings, we’ll explore the world’s major grape varieties and wine regions, how climate, grape growing, and winemaking influence what ends up in your glass, and how to confidently describe and assess wines using the WSET Systematic Approach to Tasting®.
You’ll leave with a much deeper understanding of the wines you already love—and the knowledge to discover a whole lot more.
Some prior wine knowledge is helpful, but you do not need to have completed Level 1 to enroll. And, as always: no snobbery required.

Taught by a WSET Diploma holder, sommelier, and professional wine educator, this course is designed to give you the knowledge, tasting skills, and internationally recognized qualification to feel truly confident in the world of wine.

This course is made up of four nights of lectures followed by a review along with a 50 mulitple choice examination given on the last night.
